These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CrimeGuardian.com and purchases from IRIS Merchants Limited Company LLC, doing business as CrimeGuardian.com ("CrimeGuardian," "we," "us," or "our").
By using CrimeGuardian.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced in them.
Eligibility and Lawful Use
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into these terms, and meet any additional age or eligibility requirements that may apply to a particular product or jurisdiction.
CrimeGuardian sells personal-safety, self-defense, home-security, and emergency-preparedness products. Laws and regulations governing these products may vary by state, county, municipality, or other jurisdiction and may change over time.
You are responsible for determining whether the purchase, receipt, possession, carrying, transportation, and use of a product are lawful in the locations applicable to you.
The availability of a product on CrimeGuardian.com does not constitute legal advice or a representation that the product is lawful for every purchaser or location.
Products must be used only for their intended purposes and in accordance with manufacturer instructions, warnings, safety information, and applicable law.
CrimeGuardian reserves the right to restrict or refuse the sale or shipment of a product when necessary to comply with applicable law, carrier requirements, manufacturer restrictions, or our policies.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and applicable restrictions.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel all or part of an order where permitted by law, including because of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, pricing or listing errors, product availability, address-verification issues, delivery restrictions, age or legal restrictions, or circumstances preventing lawful fulfillment.
If we cancel an order or item after payment has been collected but before shipment, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled merchandise and applicable charges.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and other offers may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges, if any, will be presented as appropriate during checkout.
Payments are processed using third-party payment providers and may be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Shipping and Delivery
CrimeGuardian ships only to eligible delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Certain products may be restricted from shipment to particular locations or may require specific carriers or shipping methods.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by product availability, carriers, weather, legal restrictions, hazardous-material requirements, and other circumstances.
If we are unable to ship an order within the applicable timeframe, we will provide the notice, cancellation opportunity, refund, or other options required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds
For ordinary voluntary returns, eligible items may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for ordinary returns unless otherwise stated. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Products that have been opened, activated, used, or have broken safety seals generally are not eligible for an ordinary voluntary return.
These restrictions do not eliminate any rights or remedies that may apply to merchandise that is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrectly shipped, subject to an applicable warranty, or otherwise protected by applicable law.
If we sent the wrong item or an item arrived damaged or defective, contact us promptly so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement, refund, warranty assistance, or other remedy.
After an approved return is received and inspected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Product Information and Safety
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and availability information. Manufacturers and distributors may change packaging, specifications, appearance, included accessories, or other product details without notice.
Website photographs may not always precisely represent current packaging or minor product variations.
Nothing on CrimeGuardian.com should be considered medical, legal, emergency-response, or professional safety advice.

Product Warranties
Some products may include a written warranty provided by the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties are governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms.
CrimeGuardian does not provide an additional written product warranty unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, modify, or limit an implied warranty, consumer remedy, manufacturer warranty, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, modified, or limited.
Website Use
You may use CrimeGuardian.com only for lawful purposes.
You may not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; introduce malicious software or code; use the website to commit fraud or other unlawful activity; or use automated means to access or extract website content in a manner that materially interferes with operation of the website or violates applicable law.
We may restrict or terminate access to the website or a customer account when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers, our business, or others from fraud, misuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
The CrimeGuardian name, logo, original website content, graphics, and site design are owned by or licensed to CrimeGuardian and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission except as otherwise permitted by law.
Product names, trademarks, photographs, descriptions, and other materials belonging to manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Services and Links
CrimeGuardian.com may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment, shipping, technology, or other service providers.
We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their separate content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
CrimeGuardian.com is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CrimeGuardian will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the website or from circumstances for which such damages may lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable federal law or mandatory law of another jurisdiction provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the extent permitted by law or, where appropriate, severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Changes to these Terms will not retroactively alter the terms governing an order already accepted by CrimeGuardian unless required by law or agreed to by the parties.
