Shipping & Product Restrictions

CrimeGuardian ships eligible orders to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other destinations outside the contiguous United States. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and destination-specific restrictions may vary by product and will be provided where applicable during checkout.
We process orders as promptly as reasonably possible. Processing and delivery times may vary because of product availability, carrier service, order volume, weather, address verification, legal restrictions, hazardous-material requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Timeframes and Delays
Any shipping or delivery dates provided on CrimeGuardian.com or by a carrier are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within any timeframe stated at the time of purchase. If we are unable to ship an order within the stated timeframe, or within the timeframe otherwise required by applicable law, we will notify you and provide any required opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel the affected order for a prompt refund.
If we determine that an item cannot be shipped, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund for the unshipped merchandise and applicable charges as required by law.
Product and Delivery Restrictions
Some personal-safety, self-defense, home-security, and emergency-preparedness products may be subject to federal, state, or local laws or regulations governing their purchase, possession, shipment, carrying, or use. Restrictions may vary by jurisdiction and may change over time.
Certain products may also be limited to particular carriers, shipping methods, or ground transportation because of their contents, packaging, batteries, aerosols, hazardous-material classification, or other characteristics.
You are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be purchased, received, possessed, carried, and used in your jurisdiction.
The availability of a product or shipping option on CrimeGuardian.com does not constitute legal advice or a representation that the product is lawful for every purchaser or location.
CrimeGuardian reserves the right to decline or cancel all or part of an order when we determine that an item cannot legally or safely be shipped to the delivery address, applicable shipping requirements cannot be satisfied, the address cannot reasonably be verified, or the product is unavailable.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. We may contact you if additional information is needed to verify or complete a shipment. An inaccurate or incomplete address may delay delivery or result in the package being returned to the sender.
Orders returned as undeliverable may require payment of additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, we will generally send a shipping confirmation containing tracking information to the email address provided with your order.
Tracking information and delivery estimates are supplied by the applicable carrier and may be subject to delays or changes outside CrimeGuardian’s control.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears incomplete, please contact us promptly at support@crimeguardian.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping materials when reasonably available. We may ask that you retain the product and original packaging while we investigate the issue with the applicable carrier, distributor, or manufacturer.
We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
Packages Showing as Delivered
If carrier tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate the package, please contact us. We may ask you to verify the delivery address, check available delivery locations, and cooperate with any carrier investigation or claim process.
We will assist with the available carrier procedures as appropriate based on the circumstances.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to CrimeGuardian’s return terms and applicable law.
